We ordered a purple bike and loved the colour. Delivery was very fast and the team at Zoomy very quick to reply to a few queries I had regarding the bikes”

Thanks for your review. Glad you like the balance bike. We've had a few customers comment about the assembly instructions, so we improved the instructions and we've also made a few improvements to the bikes themselves to make them easier to put together.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment. We're aware of the difficulty there is in tightening the quick release clamps tight enough so that the seat or handlebars don't move. We're working with our factory to upgrade the clamps to fix this. In the meantime, we suggest tightening the clamps using a pair of pliers as shown in the instructions on our website: https://www.zoomy.com.au/pages/zoomy-leisure-balance-bike-maintenance-and-assembly.
