“It was fast delivery, everything was good except instructions not clear, I can't tighten the seat enough and it moves all the time, the handle bars tightened fine. Light weight and 2yi daughter has no problems using it other than seat moves”

01/09 - Hi Vincent, we're still waiting to hear back from you so we can fix this. We've tried emailing but haven't received any replies.

“We were very pleased with the whole process including the speed of delivery. However when assembling the bike yesterday we found there is excessive movement in the front fork assembly (backwards and forwards).It appears that the bushings are undersized causing the play. We have checked several times to make sure that all is correctly assembled. Could you please send us some new bushes and spacer washers and we will try these. Thanking you for your follow up.
