“Brought for my 2 year olds birthday. The seat goes all the way down so he can start learning to ride it now cause he can touch the ground. Other once I have brought he couldn't reach the ground as the seat didn't go low enough. So light he can carry it.
The colour is great.
Although I don't no how long the wheeled will last as they seen too have already started to wear. But could just be cause we are riding on the gravel.”
“Love these products, however balance bike arrived with no screws to handles. These were express posted to me, however still took 6 days to arrive. Too late for child's birthday, as well as child returning to his home interstate. Australia Post was blamed. I would still purchase from Zoomy regardless of this experience.”

Sorry to hear about your experience. We strive for perfection but it looks like this time we let you down. When you informed us that you were missing screws from your bike, we promptly express posted the screws you needed. Australia Post was supposed to deliver them the next day which would have gotten the screws to you in time but it looks like for some reason that didn't happen. For that we're really sorry but I hope you understand this was outside our control. Hopefully we can make it up to you in the future.
