Sorry to hear that you're not happy with the wheels on your balance bike. We clearly list all the features of the bike on our website and specifically state that the wheels are non-conventional air-free wheels.
When we first brought out our balance bikes, we weren't sure if we should offer conventional tyres with air or foam filled plastic ones. We tested both extensively and decided to go with the foam filled ones since they are a lot lighter and maintenance free. Our bikes weigh less than 2kg. If we added air filled tyres, it would add at least 1 kg to the weight.

We're a bit confused by your review. The bike you purchased is a 'Wine Red' bike and the photos show a pinkish-red bike. We don't currently sell red bikes so if you were expecting a red bike, we can't replace your bike with what you were expecting. As per our policy, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to return it for an exchange or full refund.
