You already reported the faulty wheel to us, and as we promised on the phone, a second scooter is on its way to you. The scooter went out on 9 Nov. Since you're in WA, please give it a bit of time to get there.

Sorry you're unhappy with our service. You placed your order on Saturday Oct 7. It left our warehouse on Monday Oct 9. The Australia Post tracking number shows that it's still in transit. We spoke on the phone today (Saturday Oct 14) and we told you we'd look into it on Monday when Australia Post reopens. Unfortunately parcels go missing from time to time, and when they do our policy is to send a replacement. You've already submitted a review but haven't given us a chance to investigate or make it right?
