“Both our kids now have these scooters. Much better than the cheap scooters and just as good as the micro scooters with half the price tag. Delivery is super fast and now comes in a box without the picture of the scooter. I tell all my friends how good these are.”

“i bought 2 scooters, one for my 2 years old daughter and one for my 7 years old. My girls loved them, they look good quality ones, and i am happy with what i bought. I could have given 5 stars, but when i first received them, the boxes were in bad shape, the Australian Post had to put a sticky tape around the boxes to hold shape. lucky the scooters weren't damaged. The mini scooter logo was faded, and One of the wheels stopped flashing after the 3rd day.”

Thanks for your positive review. Sorry to hear about the condition of the boxes when you received them. We're working on better boxes that hopefully will be able to withstand more abuse while in the hands of Australia Post. This isn't the first time we've heard this, but it also doesn't happy too regularly. We've had a few customers where the boxes were so damaged the scooters were also damaged. In these cases, we've sent replacement scooters out free of charge.
We also send out free replacement wheels if they stop flashing. Please contact us if you'd like a new wheel and we'll arrange to get one out to you.
