Thanks for the feedback Matthew. We ship everything next business day and usually everything arrives 1-2 days later in Sydney and a few days more everywhere else in Australia. We put a lot of work into getting it right because we know how important it is for kids to receive their presents on time (you wouldn't believe how many people leave it until the last minute)!
“So far our scooter has been brilliant. We bought this on behalf of grandparents for our 5 year old daughters birthday. We couldn't ask them to spend the money the other main scooter like this costs - the scooter ALL our daughters friends have.... So decided on this one. The color we wanted was on backorder so we were offered a discount (thanks for that). When it got into stock we were advised that the scooters were in and would be dispatched soon. 2 days later it was on it's way and arrived to us (in WA) a week later.
Out of the box the scooter was ready for use within 5 seconds. Just unfold the handle and off they go.
The lights on the wheels are the BEST THING EVER.... All my daughters friends are in love with the flashy lights - their scooters (double the cost) now seem boring. My friends Mums are not impressed that they are getting requests for new scooters with groovy lights when they paid double for their kids scooters! Hopefully they can buy some wheels from Zoomy to replace their "boring" wheels. The color is a great traditional pink (not peachy or purply). My daughter finds it easy to change the height of the handle.
I am still to figure out how to fold the handle bar down (I haven't really tried hard) but otherwise I am super super happy with this scooter and know that the flashing lights will ensure other purchases from my area of Perth!”
Thanks for the great review. A couple of things I'd like to say: 1) To fold the scooter, grab the black collar at the bottom of the upright shaft. Slide it up. You can then fold the scooter. Do the same to unfold. 2) Yes we do sell wheels separate so your friends can replace the wheels on their scooters if they like. 3) If you know of anyone wishing to purchase a scooter, please use our loyalty program.
