Sorry to hear about the condition of the box.
We try really hard to make sure the scooters are well packaged so they don't get damaged during transport. The Maxi Scooter is wrapped in bubble wrap and held in place using Styrofoam so it's pretty difficult to damage it during transit.
If you're unhappy with the condition of the scooter, please let us know and we'll replace it free of charge.
