Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you've had issues with the button used to adjust the height of the scooter. Since the button is spring loaded, it can fall out, but most of the time it's quickly fixable. Please see our FAQ page for troubleshooting: https://www.zoomy.com.au/pages/faq.
