Apologies for the mixup with the delivery of your clamp. We had a mixup at the warehouse hence with your order was overlooked. We've taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
In regards to your comment about the flimsy part we sent you, we changed the clamp from plastic to metal to make it stronger so it would last longer. We suspect you ordered a new clamp because the old one broke? The new one shouldn't break.
