“The scooter was nice but the problem is my son is having hard time to balance or even to turn around unlike the first scooter we bought with three wheels but the problem with that one is the handle attached to the flatform was detached after 5 months of using it.”

Sorry to hear that your sons is having a hard time balancing and turning. There is a bit of getting used to a 2 wheel scooter when moving from a 3 wheel scooter. Once he gets used to it, I'm sure he'll love it. If he does continue to struggle though, please let us know and we can discuss options to go back to a 3 wheel scooter.
In regards to your comment about the 3 wheel scooter breaking, I've looked at your order history and I can't find a previous order. Was the 3 wheel scooter a Zoomy scooter? Please let us know if it was so we can discuss how we can fix it.
