In regards to your experience with our call center. Our support staff have been affected by a typhoon in Philippines and they currently don't have power or communications so we haven't been able to respond to calls as quickly as we usually do. You however always have the option of leaving voicemail.

“We bought our daughter the 2 wheel zoomy with light up wheels for her 5th birthday and are very happy with our purchase. Our daughter loves riding it and finds it very easy and comfortable to ride as her first 2 wheel scooter (coming from a 3 wheeler). The light up wheels are an added bonus!
The customer service and speed of delivery were amazing from Zoomy.
The only downside we have noticed is that the bottom of the scooter sits very low to the ground and we already have a couple of scrapes on the underneath when she has ridden over humps - a very minor negative and we remain very happy customers!”
