We sincerely apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, Covid has had a huge impact on our business and supply chains. We placed our order with our supplier of scooters in August and delivery was meant to be in October. Our supplier kept pushing the delivery date back over and over again until we finally received the scooters in January.
We did everything we could to communicate with customers frequently as possible. Sorry if our communication wasn't up to snuff but we had over 1,000 customers to deal with and we just didn't have the staff to keep up with all the requests.
We're now taking steps to ensure this never happens again and hopefully life and business can get back to normal again soon.

“Easy to assemble. Looks sturdy. My granddaughter loves the colour and has just progressed from zoomy 3 wheel scooter to this 2 wheel version. As she scoots to school every day, it will get lots of use. The handles wore out on her last one and the adjustable lever broke, but as I say, she and her 2 brothers do many KMs on their scooters (all Zoomy).”
