Sorry to hear that the parcel was delivered with no tracking number. We hope it didn't ruin any surprises.
We had a number of issues with our outsourced warehouse that we couldn't accept (too many mistakes such as shipping the wrong colours to people and poor customer support) so we took the steps starting in October to change warehouses. This disrupted some of our operations and as a result a few people didn't get tracking numbers. All this is fixed and we're pleased to say that in 2018 we'll be shipping faster and more reliably.

It arrived in a badly ripped box, the scooter badly scratched, after an email and a phone call I was assured I would receive a replacement one before Christmas. 3 days before Christmas and another 2 unanswered emails later I am still waiting for the replacement one.”
Hi Alison, Sorry to hear about the state of your scooter when it was received. The scooters leave our warehouse in perfect condition but unfortunately the get damaged sometime in transit. As promised, we sent you a replacement scooter. The tracking number shows it arrived on 29/12 which was a few days after Xmas. Hopefully you were able to give the scratched one on Christmas and then replace it with the new one when it arrived.

Hi Christine, sorry to hear that your box was damaged. Unfortunately these things happen from time to time. We do our best to make sure everything's packaged well so nothing gets damaged, but if anything is missing or damaged, please let us know and we'll replace it.
