However, I was really disappointed it came just wrapped in clear plastic, no box/label/branding as I'd expected. Sorry to hear that you're not happy with the packaging of the dino head. We keep the packaging simple for a few reasons.
Firstly, since most of what we sell are popular gifts, we don't want the packaging to give away what's inside. Many kids run to the door when there's a delivery and we don't want to ruin any surprises.
Secondly, the accessories are often bought in combination with scooters or bikes, so we've designed the packaging to allow for the the accessory to be inserted into the scooter or bike box, saving on postage (we pass the saving onto customers).
Sorry to have disappointed. Hopefully you'll give us another shot again in the future so we can make it up to you.
