“Perfect scooter for my nearing 3yo as she uses the seat and then my 5yo uses it without the seat. It's easy to put the seat on and off so they can share it (was meant to be for the younger one only but the 5yo saw how cool it was with the light up wheels). I purchased another for my niece too. It is sturdy, it is cleverly designed, it's an Australian company, it's not expensive, it arrived very quickly, it was easy to put together... er, am I forgetting anything? :) I would honestly give this company 10 stars if I could. Stevie is just 19 months, but, this scooter will be great for some years as she grows into it. Can't say enough good things about it. :)”

“Within hours of my 2 year old riding the scooter he had the small cap (choking hazard size) over the screw in the middle of the handles in his mouth. I put it back on firmly, within minutes same thing.
I let Zoomy know of the issue not wanting anything, just thought a company might care if one of their products had a safety risk. No response from Zoomy, not even a token 'we will investigate'.
My original positive attitude towards this company has somewhat changed.”

We're sorry that you didn't hear back from us. On Monday 25/02 we received an anonymous Facebook Message as follows;
Hi I purchased a 'Kids 2-in-1 Mini Scooter with Removable Seat' for our 2 year old, the cap in the middle of handle he bit off and had in his mouth within the first day, some what of a choking hazard that I think you should look at.
The message was posted at 8:04 PM. We replied at 8:13 PM with the following:
'Hi, thanks for letting us know. We'll see what we can do to make this safer.'
It sounds like you never received our message. Perhaps it's because it was sent to us anonymously?
Anyway as we said, we'll investigate what we can do to make the scooter safer. In the meantime we'd suggest removing and disposing of the small button in question. It's really only there for cosmetic purposes.
“I found the item to be very nice. Delivery very poor and information provided was not satisfying. My kids loved their gifts but there are still more factors you guys need to work on.
But having said that, Thank You the product is very safe and easy to assemble and kids do enjoy there rides.”
Hi Kritika, thank you for your review. We're glad you like the scooter but we're really sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery. We really feel your pain and have take steps to improve things. Our warehousing and shipping has always been managed by a 3rd party but they haven't been doing the best job so as of February 2019 we've started moving to a new warehouse which will be faster and more reliable so the issues you experienced should go away.
