“This is a great rebounder for the money. I used it almost daily for a year and a half with no problems and then one of the loops on the mat broke. I contacted customer service and Betty was amazing! She immediately sent a replacement mat and I am back in business. Very impressed.”

“It took 2 grown men to be able to pull the bungee cord into the last loop and into the buckle. There should be more transparency about this. Be prepared to have a strong person help. After assembly, the rebounder is great to use.”
