“We ordered the 15' model & we are starting our third season of jumping. The product was straight-forward to assemble & has delivered lots of fun for our family. This year, a late snow caught us unaware. One of our frames bent & as we tried to fix it, it broke. The excellent customer service team (thanks Dorothy!) was prompt with identifying the correct item that I needed from my photo of the mangled piece. She had it sent out the next business day & we had our replacement by the end of the week. During my re-assembly, I discovered another bent frame. Dorothy came through yet again with prompt & courteous service. I heartily recommend these folks!”
