“This trampoline was the keystone of our children's summer fun! the quality of the manufacturing of this products is exceptional, the safety net is strong and left us without worry aaannndd the springs are covered with a pad that is sewn in place so there is literally no way to get your foot through the springs. Our family used this trampoline all summer without injury and with maximum fun! Sadly a wind storm (70MPH wind) pulled up the safety stakes and tossed the trampoline. part of the frame broke and bent and a couple of the safety net poles were a well; Fear not as the customer service team is epic for this company, they are fast to respond and gather all of the information needed to get replacement parts to you ASAP. Heather took the lead on getting our trampoline fixed; she was and is prompt to respond to emails, courteous, efficient and ensured that everything we needed to repair this was listed in an inventory and got our parts shipped to us as fast as possible. 5 Stars.... I would give them 6 if it was an option.”

“This trampoline has been a fantastic addition to our household! We got it last year when my kids were 3 and 5. The size is perfect for their age group and they feel very safe in it. The safety enclosure is very durable and holds up great with them falling against it or pulling on it. Setup was quick and easy! No issues in the year we have had it and it still looks brand new after a year in the Florida Sunshine! We recently contacted customer service and have been speaking with Heather! She has went above and beyond! Reply was super fast after filling out contact info on Zupapa website! Would recommend this trampoline to everyone!”

“I have a trampoline that needed some replacement parts, on the website it said everything was sold out. I emailed Zupapa and they were able to get me the parts I needed and worked with me to get the right sizes. They shipped quickly after ordering and my trampoline looks brand new!! They were also great with communicating with me as to receiving payment and updating me about shipping, even following up to make sure it all fit!!”

“I purchased the Zupapa trampoline two years ago for my children, and found the assembly directions were easy to follow. My kids and their friends got tons of use and enjoyment out of the trampoline for two years, and we never had a problem with it. Unfortunately, after a wind storm a large tree landed on the trampoline. Much to our suprise, the trampoline still functioned despite having several tons of tree crash down upon it . Only the safety net was destroyed, and some of the bars of the frame were bent. I wrote to customer service looking for parts and found Heather. I was relieved to hear in Heather's first response that she would take care of us, and not to worry. All of her responses were timely and she offered us a great solution to our problems. I feel it is hard to find quality customer service these days and am happy to report that Zupapa has nailed it. Rest assured that when you buy from this company you will receive a great product backed up by workers who care about their products. Thank you Zupapa!”

“We’ve had this for 2 years now. We take It down during the winter to keep It in nice condition. My daughter and her friends love It and even our cat enjoys walking around on It and relaxing outside! Great trampoline!”

“Great product, great customer service! My kids love it! I heard horror stories about assembling trampolines but this one was actually pretty easy! My kids helped me! Protective net feels sturdy! The springs are well hidden from the kids! I would recommend to anyone!!”
