“Good quality trampoline. Kids have spent most days on the trampoline since we purchased it 3 years ago and the frame, trampoline pad and springs are still all in great condition. We are just now replacing the spring pad cover and netting.”

“My kids spend an hour on our trampoline most days and have for over two years. Great fun, safe fun. Customer service was very quick to help when the enclosure net began to wear out, after kids were mistreating it. Highly recommend this trampoline.”

“My kids just love the new trampoline and at first blush, it is a great unit with solid construction for a trampoline. What I appreciated most was their prompt customer service. The company shipped two incorrect boxes but they quickly responded, provided return shipping labels and got the new boxes out to us within a week. Thanks so much!”

“We love our 14ft. trampoline! Best purchase of 2020 which has helped the kids manage through all the lockdowns. High quality product that has lived up to all the positive reviews. Recently had to reach out to customer service, an I have been equally impressed. Response was timely and thorough. “A few years ago we purchased a 14’ Zupapa trampoline with a net enclosure. It is out in the weather all the time and heavily used so I needed to order a new net and pad. I worked with Jenna to order the new parts and they shipped them out right away. Unfortunately, I told them I needed parts for a 15’ trampoline but mine is a 14’. I was so impressed with Jenna and the Company because even though it was my fault the wrong parts were ordered, they paid to ship the wrong parts back and quickly sent me the parts I needed. The trampoline is as good as new now and the kids are back at it. Jenna, thanks again for your help.”

“I’ve only had this trampoline for a month now but so far everything seems great and it has a great bounce. Jenna from customer service was awesome when the ladder was missing the nuts and bolts she promptly sent us new ones and was ever so helpful and friendly!! 5 stars all the way”
