“We have had our 15 ft trampoline for a couple of years. It is the hit of the neighborhood. The pad has lasted in the desert climate. We do use the rain cover to protect it in the summer. We also keep it in the shade during the summer. We need to replace the pad and net because of desert heat (and rowdy boys! :) ) which we expected. Lan, in customer service via email, has been helpful and friendly. We look forward to many more years of fun!”

“After much shopping and comparing, we decided to purchase the Zupapa trampoline. I was impressed with the safety features and value. I was also impressed with the reviews on the customer service department. My grandchildren love this trampoline and it gets lots of good use. We unfortunately got to test out the customer service department ourselves. We had a huge windstorm one day when we were gone and our trampoline became what was affectionately know as the taco. We were amazed at how much we were able to get it back close to normal shape. We did have two damaged parts and I got in touch with customer service thru email. Their reason time was amazing and they are responsive to our needs. You won’t regret this purchase.”

“Best purchase for our yard. My children spend hours on this trampoline. It’s the perfect size for our yard and 15 ft. gives plenty of space to flip and jump. My kids use it all year long. 40 degree day doesn’t hold them back. We purposely searched for over 3 weeks to find the best rating and safety features. Zupapa is the way to go!!”

“Zupapa trampolines are amazing!!! Our kids and their friends have enjoyed every moment they get to play and jump on this well-built trampoline. We recently had a major wind storm which unfortunately destroyed our enclosure. We contacted Zupapa to order replacements. They were quick to respond and were happy to help us get our trampoline back up and running. They offered us a significant discount for the replacement parts for our loyalty and help ease the burden of the situation. Top-notch customer service. We’re Zupapa fans!!! “In this era of disposable products, I was more than pleased to find that Zupapa was willing to offer individual replacement parts. After we had some storm damage, I worked with Dorothy in customer service. We were able to identify the damaged parts and have them replaced. I would have hated to through out a perfectly good trampoline due to a few bent pieces. That to me is the testament of a sustainable company. Fix it, don't trash it. We will be jumping for many more years thanks to Zupapa. Thank you!”

“Both my little kids and big (dad) have enjoyed this trampoline over the years. Many hours of fun. I researched before buying and this was the best. Extremely useful during Covid as a form of exercise for school aged kids. Customer support is awesome. I have replaced the net due to kids putting a hole in it. No problems with getting the items.”

“We bought a Zupapa trampoline from Walmart 3-4 years ago. After tons of use (almost every day), the net was shredded and the mat finally ripped. So, we contacted Zupapa to order replacements. They offered us a significant discount for the replacement parts and threw in several of the products for free. Once the parts shipped, a real human (Heather) kept me updated on the order status (when it had shipped, when they expected it to arrive, and even a confirmation when the mail carrier reported that it has been delivered. Top-not h service. We’re Zupapa fans!!!”
