“We purchased the 2018 version of the trampoline. We have 4 kids ranging from toddler to teenager and they have all equally enjoyed it, as well as their friends. It holds a lot of weight too so my husband can jump with them too. Even during the winter months, they are outside jumping on top of the snow. The jumping pad feels great and you can jump really high. The enclosure net with zipper is extremely helpful to keep everyone safe. If you have a big family, I definitely recommend the larger size trampoline so they can all jump together. Assembly will take 2 people, and make sure you lay it all out first. Customer service has been great!”

“I purchased this trampoline for my sister and her three children. They loved it, a win -win, Kids have a fun and safe way of burning off energy and parent have time to decompress and have a cup of coffee in peace and quiet :-) Fast forward a few weeks--- a surprise midwestern storm with 60MPH winds popped up and carried the trampoline into the trees. My sister sent me photos of the damage: it looked bad... I forwarded the photos on the Zupapa and recieved a promompt response from Lan, He sent me photos of the parts lists and assisted me in picking out the replacements parts. Thankfully it was mostly the net and a few of theTop rail leg sockets, I braced for the bill..... I knew it would not be covered underwarranty "act of God/Nature" but was very thankfuly that Lan was able to send all of the replacement parts immediately to the family for an incredibly resonable amount... Awesome customer service and a fantastic product!!!”

“Our family has had this trampoline in our backyard for 4 years now and it has been great! Our kids and their friends have bounced for countless hours and it has held up very well. I have also been very impressed with the Zupapa customer service who have helped us replace one of the poles after it was damaged in a wind storm. Great product, great service!”

“We received our trampoline and couldnt be more pleased! I was looking for a safe trampoline with a good warranty, this is it. It took my husband and I a couple hours to set up but it was easy to follow the instruction. I love that the net covers the sides so children cannot slide out. Ladder is very handy. Customer service (Jenna) was able to answer a couple of my questions a mind was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!”

“The zupapa trampoline is hands down the best quality of any other trampoline on the market! Why? It’s so sturdy! High quality frame and durability. The weight limit is the highest. The springs and frame withstand snow and weather. Zupapa has an amazing warranty and will replace any part of the trampoline! I happened to buy my current zupapa through Walmart and they have been so great, working with me on replacing a net when the zipper stopped working. They didn’t have to replace it since it was past the year warranty, but they did without question! I worked With LAN and he was so kind and amazing! Go Walmart!”

“We have owned our 15' trampoline for three seasons and are still jumping strong. Last week we sustained storm damage when a large branch bent a couple of net support poles. I usually dread contacting customer service as I always fear a run around. I was so pleasantly surprised when Dorothy responded very quickly, gathered my information and sent replacement parts (free of charge!) within a week. We are back to jumping again and I couldn't be happier. It's a great product for a really good price with killer customer service. It's a no brainer!”

“We received our trampoline; however, there were some damages on the mat. I contacted their customer service, "Heather" took care of it, and fedexed us the replacement mat immediately. A great company always takes care of their clients. I am very happy and satisfied with their service and product.”
