“We had storm damage and it took out a few of our trampoline poles. At first, when I saw that we had to email the company for customer service, I thought it would either take forever or simply not happen. Heather from Zupapa immediately returned my emails and has provided first-rate customer service. She answered my emails each and every time and I am now awaiting my parts, with no charge. FANTASTIC COMPANY! I will always recommend!!!”

“A few years ago I purchased the 15-foot diameter model of this trampoline as a surprise for my three daughters. The packages arrived on time and none of the parts were missing. I was able to assemble this all by myself without issue... it was very straight forward. I would like to emphasize that Zupapa has engineered an extremely durable and safe trampoline... my girls LOVE it! About a year ago, some frame parts and netting poles were damaged from a storm that rolled through the area so I dis-assembled and garaged it. I recently contacted Zupapa to discuss replacement parts since I want to rebuild it. Within 24-hours of my email inquiry, I received a reply from Jan in customer service. After a couple email exchanges we were quickly able to determine the model and necessary parts. I am looking forward to receiving the parts! This has been a positive experience all around. Customer Service is terrific! My family thanks you!”

“We love our Trampoline! When we bought ours 2 years ago, we wanted something that would last. We have three kids and lots of friends, so this gets a lot of wear. The trampoline is working great but after lots of use, one of the pads needed to be replaced, the customer service was great, and the response was super fast. Thank you, Lan, for helping us out with this!”

“My brother has several rambunctious sons and recommended this to me- This trampoline is far out lasting the others that he bought first that were cheaper. We absolutely love it! My 12, 11, 10, 3, and 2 year olds jump *every single day* rain, shine, or snow. Zupapa is the best quality trampoline on the market. If you have questions, their customer service is prompt and polite, they deserve their own 5 stars.”

“We have had the 15’ Zupapa With the enclosure for several months now and are very glad we made this purchase!! We have 4 kids ranging from 6 to 16 and they all Love This trampoline. It is one of the only things that my 16 year old is actually excited to do with even his 6 year old brother! This was easy to assemble and is built very well. When I dealt with Heather in customer service she was amazing and very quick to reply and courteous!”

“We recently purchased the 15 foot Zupapa trampoline with the exterior enclosure. We have two young daughters and they ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The large trampoline gives them a ton of space to play and learn and they love to go out and play. We love that the springs are covered from the inside and they aren’t able to get caught in them or slip between them and the net like some other trampolines! As the person that had to put the trampoline together, I was very pleased that it was a fairly quick and simple job!”

“The kids use our 15' trampoline every day from April to December, the kids are hard on it and it has withstood a lot of use. Customer service has been excellent in answering our questions about the parts that the kids abused; which we needed to replace. Heather - thank you for your help!”
