“After doing a great deal of comparative shopping a few years ago, we purchased the 15' Zupapa trampoline. The trampoline itself is of great quality and very easy to assemble/ disassemble. It has been a great source of entertainment and exercise for my children. So, when we recently suffered some damage to the trampoline due to a fallen tree limb, I was committed to buying the parts and getting it repaired. I called Customer Service and spoke to Heather from Zupapa. She was very helpful and responsive with my inquiry. Much to my surprise, Zupapa offered to send me replacement parts without charge. I am very impressed with the product and the service and highly recommend the Zupapa trampoline.”

“This is a high quality trampoline. Super happy with it. We received super fast! It was easy to setup. I also worked with Lan in the customer service department. And he was very helpful letting me know when I would received and even checked in with me after it was delivered to make sure all was in good order.”

“We have owned our trampoline for years and the kids love, love, love it. Being in the north east (Buffalo N.Y.) snow took its toll on the springs. After contacting Zupapa, Heather our customer service person quickly sent us the replacement parts free of charge. How awesome is that!! I would recommend doing business with any company offering such great service above and beyond reasonable expectation. Thanks Heather and Zupapa.”

“We received our trampoline a week ago and our children and just love the product and we can't get them to come back inside the house! I was pleasantly surprised how easy the trampoline was to set up. In fact, the kids put it together by themselves while I was at work. Lan was also extremely responsive and great to deal with at Zupapa customer service.”

“This trampoline was very easy to set up and literally came with everything you need, including gloves to protect your hands! My two teenagers immediately started jumping and challenging each other to tricks- they absolutely love it. It’s very strong and sturdy which makes it safe. Beyond satisfied with our purchase.”

“I ordered our 15' Zupapa Trampoline in June 2020 (when it finally came back in stock - YAY!) specifically because it had the highest weight capacity of tramps I could find. I was so excited when the boxes began arriving in advance of Zupapa's projected timeframe - so were the kids! We did have an issue with the pricing - I had bought directly from the site, and when I came back to the site a few weeks later to view the assembly video, the price had changed, but that was very quickly resolved by Heather in customer service. They said they're respond in 12 hours, and they absolutely did! My husband and I assembled the trampoline pretty quickly - the video truly helps! The kids love it, and so do I!”
