“I ordered our 15' Zupapa Trampoline in June of 2016 specifically because it had the highest weight capacity of any of the trampolines available in a reasonable price range. I can say without a doubt that it is a very sturdy device and has no issues with a 200+ lb man and a smaller jumper. In regards to assembly, it's a pretty straightforward process, but you definitely need to have a reasonable level of mechanical aptitude and ability to read directions. I was able to assemble it by myself in about an hour and a half, but I would highly recommend 2 or more people to make the process go much smoother. Over the 3 years we've had the trampoline we've replaced the spring pad and the net once, and we'll likely have to replace the pad again within the next year as its starting to wear thin in places. The real reason I'm writing this review is to commend Zupapa's customer service department. We keep the trampoline in our back yard and significant areas of the frame had rusted out. I contacted Zupapa to advise them of the issue and request replacement hardware. Lan, the customer service rep, was very responsive and the replacement parts were very reasonably priced. In 2016 they were only offering 3-year frame warranty, but I've noticed that the newest models offer a 10-year frame warranty, so this may not be something that's an issue for future customers, but if you ever need to contact Zupapa for support then rest assured that they are very responsive and helpful. This is fantastic customer service and they have gained a loyal customer for any future purchases for accessories or trampolines.”

“Words can’t express how easy and pleasant Lan was to work with. I needed a few replacement parts after several years of heavy use. I wasn’t sure what to expect in trying to track those down. However, Zupapa was very responsive and Lan was extremely proactive in helping me identify the parts needed, tracking shipping, and following up to make sure everything worked well. I don’t typically write reviews, but their customer service was over the top! Thank you!”

“Our kids love this trampoline and we’ve had it for just about 2 years now with no complaints. The steel bars are quality and not as cheap feeling as other trampolines I’ve seen. The mat and pad hold up well to our harsh weather and the net is strong also consider how often our kids bounce around and crash into it at times. Assembly was easy...did it on my own for the most part. I highly recommend this and also a shout out to Lan for the great customer service when I had a question!”
