“I’ve had the trampoline for 2 years now and our kids love it. The net is very durable as our kids have a tendency to run into and bounce off of it at times and it’s held up well. The assembly took about 90 minutes by myself but if you follow the instructions it’s straightforward. So far I’ve had no complaints and imagine this will last for years before needing replacement parts(mat, pad). Good value for the cost too.”

“We have had a Zupapa 15ft. trampoline for about three years now and with three kids and their friends and family using the trampoline after school, on weekends, and during family parties this trampoline has stayed grounded and sturdy and we have never had any problems! Just recently, we needed to replace a few pieces and customer service was quick to respond and was there to support me and help figure out all the parts I needed. I would highly recommend purchasing this trampoline!!”

“We LOVE our Zupapa Trampoline!!! With three boys we needed a STURDY trampoline. This is it!!! Great product & the custmer service is a 10!!! We bought the 15 ft. & it got our boys off their electronics & outside. Very easy to put together . Thankyou Zupapa for making such a quality trampoline .”

“We bought the 15 foot Zupapa three summers ago for our four girls and their friends. It has been a great product and we are thrilled with how much the girls use it and love it. It came packaged very well with all the parts and went together very easy. It has stood up to the mid west weather extremely well and that includes the spring cover which is usually the first thing to go. We had an issue with a couple of the frame pipes when someone ran into it with a lawn tractor and damaged them. Customer service has been both quick in their response and very helpful in standing by their product. I would highly recommend this trampoline to anyone looking for one.”

“We’ve ours for 2 years and have 3 boys. It gets tons of use! My boys get real creative with ways to play with it and also like laying on the black surface to ‘air dry’ after their time in the pool. Highly recommend.”

“We have had our trampoline for 5 yrs and it has held up and kept the kids entertained. We recently moved and lost the upper and lower net poles. We contacted Zupapa and Heather responded quickly and professionally. She was able to find and order new poles for us. We recommend every family purchase a zupapa trampoline!!!”

“We purchased our trampoline in 2017 and my kids and their friends have a blast on it! It is certainly one of the best! Recently the wind bent the poles for the safety net, so I contacted Zupapa to see about replacement parts. Heather quickly responded to my email and informed me that if I send pictures of my damaged poles and my order information, they would be able to replace them. I am so incredibly grateful that the customer service is so responsive. Heather responded quickly and professionally. Prior to my purchase of a trampoline, I researched the best ones for the best price and Zupapa has proven that they do have the best trampoline for the price.”
