“I bought the 15 ft. trampoline, my kids love it! Due to a recent windstorm here in PA, the trampoline ended up in a tree with some damaged poles and damaged netting. I emailed Zupapa customer service to inquire about replacement parts. Within 48 hours, I received a reply and had to answer a few questions to ensure that the correct parts diagram was sent to me.... piece of cake. The rep I've been dealing with (Lan) has been extremely helpful and professional. Thank you again for helping me bring my kids trampoline 'back to life'!”

“We have the 10ft trampoline which has been perfect for a 2 and 5 year old. They spend hours and hours bouncing. We experienced a wind storm that picked up the trampoline and damaged it, customer service was so helpful and replaces the broken parts we needed. Would buy from them again!”

“I do not write reviews until I have time to actually review the product. I have owned this trampoline for 2.5 years and it is as good as it gets. I assembled it by myself. It can be done but do recommend most people have help. My daughter is very skilled and this trampoline works perfectly. It is well built and has plenty of springs for excellent bounce. I also have jumped on it without fear at 270 lbs. Great product especially being that is very fairly priced. 100% recommend for a very good backyard trampoline.”

“We bought a 15 foot Zupapa trampoline about 3 years ago. It has brought a great deal of joy and fun to our 3 boys and all their neighborhood friends. After a lot of wear and tear, the trampoline, springs and base supports are all holding strong. But, the poles that hold the net around the trampoline, a few of them started bending from teenage boys holding onto and pulling on the netting. We emailed Zupapa and asked them if we could order 4 sets of poles. Jenna from their team got back to us the next day and each email we sent was returned within 24 hours. Once they identified exactly which parts we needed and the correct size trampoline, they let us know that they were sending the poles via Fedx free of charge. I didn't even ask for that and sure enough on Monday they showed up. Took me about 20 minutes to remove the old poles and install the new ones and our trampoline looks like new again! Thank you so much Zupapa and Jenna for a great product and great follow on service. We can't recommend you enough!!! Matt”

“We purchased our trampoline at the end of last summer. Last week Mother Nature decided to send it tumbling about 1/4 mile down the street during a fluke wind storm. I contacted customer service to see if I could order replacement parts so that I didn’t need to buy a whole new trampoline. Heather responded to my email within a couple hours. As soon as I sent her pictures of the parts we needed she had them ordered for us! The prompt kind response was amazing. I couldn’t believe what personalized interaction I got from an amazing agent that quickly made my boys smile knowing their trampoline would be good as new in no time. The trampoline would have not have been able to be fixed had it not been so well built. The trampoline and customer service far exceeded our expectations.”

“We have been extremely happy with our Zupapa Trampoline! It was easy to assemble and from then on, we have had great luck with it and my kids have absolutely loved it! I have loved watching my kids on it and my little one has become quite the back flipper! Of course it has been fun for my wife and I also! I have been very impressed with how it has held up also thru the last few years as it is obviously made very well. Thank you Zupapa!”
