“We purchased the 15 foot model for our grandsons in 2018, and it is still going strong. It arrived on time, and an installer contacted us to assemble the unit. It all went very smoothly, and the grandsons are jumping for joy. We would recommend this product to everyone. The customer service is excellent.”

“We have had our trampoline for 5 months and my kids love it! What really makes this company so great is what happened after our trampoline was damaged due to a fallen branch a couple weeks ago. The branch damaged our net and bent one of the poles. I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing another part. Not only were they responsive (shout out to Dorothy) but they replaced the part absolutely free and shipped it to us immediately once we confirmed what was needed. I highly recommend both the product and the company. Well done!”

“I ordered this trampoline as a birthday gift for all 3 of my daughter's children. There was a delivery problem - Fed Ex lost the 3rd box! I contacted Zupapa Customer Service by email. There were some glitches with their responding emails, but they found a way to make it work and Zupapa shipped another 3rd box. My daughter and son-in-law were able to assemble the trampoline and I am happy to report that everyone - including grandma - are thrilled with the new backyard trampoline.”

“We've had a 15 foot trampoline for a few years now and it has been great fun for our kids. The enclosure net is really great for them to feel comfortable jumping around and even to play ball inside and keep it contained. Heather at Zupapa has been more than helpful getting us replacement parts when pads have worn out or a storm damaged things. Very easy to assemble and then disassemble for winter storage. Buy one and start bouncing!”

“This is one great trampoline. I researched a long time before I made my decision to purchase this trampoline 4 years ago. It's a very sturdy frame that is definitely well built. It holds true to other comments and reviews. It is well worth the money because it lasts a long time. I needed to contact customer service for a replacement piece for the frame that was damaged during a heavy rain and wind storm. Heather responded back that she could help, I was so sure I'd have to purchase a whole new trampoline. What awesome news she had that she could help. Zupapa trampolines are definitely worth the money and the customer service is phenomenal.”

“Throughout the whole order process Heather was amazing to work with. She provided updates in less then 24 hours. She ensured we got our trampoline in a timely manner and that we were satisfied. We had a minor issue with a net defect and with in the sam week we got a new net shipped for free. I have not experienced customer service like this from any other company in a very long time!! Heather deserves some kudos . Thanks for the great trampoline our girls love it.”

“We bought the 15’ trampoline for our kids (ages 10 and under). It is about 3 years old and we have been very pleased with the quality of it. The mat has held up great, and so has the spring cover mat. We only have had minor issues that just started recently with the safety net enclosure, which unfortunately fell outside the 2-year warranty window. The tarp-like material that attaches the net to the poles started shredding/ripping (from sun exposure) and the zipper entrance to the safety net broke. We put away our trampoline each winter and take excellent care of it, so I was a bit disappointed that we had these issues. Luckily they were minor and didn’t affect our usage of the trampoline. But we contacted Zupapa and Heather helped us know which replacement net to buy after sending her pictures. And Infelt the price was fair. She was extremely helpful and friendly and responded within 24 hours. They had great customer service and I highly recommend their product. Full disclosure: I received a discount on my replacement netting for my positive review, however I do stand by everything I have said. I would absolutely buy from them again and are pleased with their trampoline.”

“We purchased this trampoline almost 5 years ago . The quality is top notch! Straight line winds took our trampoline flying about 200 yards but only 5 pieces of the frame were bent. That shows how well the frame is made. I emailed customer service to see if I could get replacement parts and Heather, in customer service was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed without having to purchase a whole new trampoline! I would recommend this trampoline to anybody . Awesome quality and great customer service!!”
