“We purchased this trampoline in 2019 and it has been used vigorously by our teen son (adult size). We had a failure of a frame part, and contacted Zupapa for service, Heather helped us to figure out what we needed and got the parts to us quickly. The trampoline is back in operation, so we're happy with our experience.”

“My sons are competitive freeskiier and have enjoyed frequent use of the Zupapa trampoline for several years. The combination of large size, safe enclosure and high bounce makes the Zupapa an excellent trampoline that has superior bounce compared to many trampolines that cost 2 and 3 times more. What's more, their customer service is excellent. After recent storm damage, Heather was incredibly responsive and helpful to help get the boys bouncing again. Buy a Zupapa today!”

“I’ve owned a less expensive trampoline before. The Zupapa is definitely engineered better than any other one I’ve seen. It has larger springs, and is also more stable. The cover and the ladder alone add nearly $180 of value to this trampoline as most I’ve shopped for don't come with either. I can tell that the material is better than our last trampoline. The springs are covered by padding and secured in place. The 15’ unit is huge! But it was easy to assemble. I did it by myself in under 2 hours, but I do recommend a helper. The wind stakes are a bonus, and I added four screw-in stake anchors with ratcheting tie downs as well as a shoe net. Hopefully it will never blow away. That’s how we lost our last trampoline. It blew away in a tornado unfortunately. Heather, in customer service, was awesome. She helped me get my order in despite the coronavirus shortage going on. I’m so thankful for her and the whole team at Zupapa!”

“I purchased a Zupapa trampoline for our family 3 years ago. The parts/frame of the trampoline are very high quality. The jumping surface still looks new! Recently mother nature took my trampoline for a flight and damaged some of the framework. The small amount of damage was a real testimonial to the quality of the product! I worked with Heather at Zupapa on getting some replacement parts. Heather was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable, the exact parts I needed arrived at my door just 2 days after my call! I cant say enough about the quality of the product and customer service. I highly recommend Zupapa!”

“This is a great trampoline. It has provided many hours of fun for our daughter and her friends. It’s a high quality trampoline with many safety features.
