“Dreadful quality, demoralizing company and useless customer services!
A very long story short: watch ordered online came with faulty clasp and was lost as a result. Didnt even get a chance to raise this with DW as this happened too quick.
Emailed DW, got a response that loss is not covered by warranty, instead was offered 30% off my next purchase. Disagreed to this as the watch was lost BECAUSE of the faulty clasp and their 30% off offer was an absolute joke given that at that time they were offering 40% off on their web site! Requested to reconsider this and they didn’t even respond.
I suppose when product quality is dreadful the same will apply for customer service. I find it so highly irritating that emerging brands don’t care as long as they make sales! Need to learn what branding is about.
Dont waste your money and time, go elsewhere instead!”
