After speaking to someone through the online chat and was trying to change my address and I was advise of an additional premium of £300 which is what I pay for a year at the moment. After speaking to a lady on the phone and explained that I can take out a brand new policy through themselves for £250 for the year she managed to change the address for £55.20 which included the £35 administration fee. As you can imagine I was very happy after speaking to them on the phone.
