Phoned this morning and spoke to sh4 who was extremely polite. I asked him to send me the copy of my Certificate of Motor Insurance and it arrived almost immediately after I had put the phone down. He did offer to sell me a reduced excess on my policy, but i decided not to take up the offer. I rarely drive my car and £40+ seemed more than i wanted to pay.
