I called to change my police from my old car to a new one I had just bought. The quote for changing it was £195. I explained to LR3 that with the refund I would get if I cancelled the police, added to the extra cost of £195, I could take out a new policy cheaper. The operative LR3 offered to look & see if she could get me a better price which she did. £100 pounds less. Very helpful & answered all my questions confidently.
