Sharnie Calvert (ST3) dealt with my new policy today. Very efficient, clear, and friendly. She knew her stuff.
One slight criticism though Sharnie ..... Slow down a bit, you go at 100 mph!
As with all insurance companies, the proof of the pudding is when (God forbid) I have to make a claim. Then we'll see.
Really don't like having to pay for hard copies of my policy docs. This, I think, is just an opportunist extra. It's only a stamp after all.
