very pleasant telephone manner kept me informed even when putting me on hold - effecient great service from KB6.
The part I did not like was after call ended I had to listen to a recorded message which was not relevant as i had paid annually but the initial message implied my insurance would be cancelled if i did not listen to the full recorded messasge i think this should be reveived as not great service
