When I called it was to tell you not to do the auto renewal because I had found cheaper quotes on comparison web sites. Nathan was very polite and agreed to look into the complaint. He was prompt and helpful and well informed. He was able to reassure me about my policy through One Call to such an extent that I agreed to renew there and then over the phone.
He made me feel confident about the company.
