Operator username EM1 I obtained a quote online for home insurance but needed specific rquirements for valuables cover. I phoned through to OneCall and explained to the Operator, Emma, the requirements I needed. She searched online for the most suitable insurance company and within a few minutes was able to give me a quote and outline the cover. I asked for the details, terms and conditions for this Policy and within 5 minutes these were emailed to me. After scrutinizing this information and being satisfied that the cover was exactly what I required, I phoned Emma back on her direct line to accept the Policy. I was extremely impressed by the very secure system OneCall had in place to take payment by credit card. I found Emma highly efficient in dealing with my enquiry, she was very courteous and cheery thoughout the whole process and very much 'on the ball' as to customers' needs. OneCall has obviously invested in quality staff training. It was such a pleasure to receive such excellent customer sevice (rather rare in this day and age). A very satisfying experience. I certainly know who to go to when I need to renew my car insurance.
