I would not go back .
I have found it necessary to change the policy during the year because of change of vehicle and change of address .
Whenever there has been a change they have used the opportunity to charge exorbitant sums .
I once tried to add a driver and waited for the best part of an hour to get through only to be quoted a risible premium .
