ABYSMAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Applied for insurance, realised I could get it cheaper, called 10 minutes after applying, a full 8 minutes before first contact by email to be told the price for cancelling would be £29.96. They had done nothing to earn this, hadn't even sent me a mail, I wanted to stay, just getting some cashback in the process, but £29.96 for cancellation before I was even a customer? forget it, if they act like this now, what happens when it comes to claim time?
