twice I had two payments taken from my direct debit instead if one ,the second time it happened the direct debit was cancelled and the insurance was cancelled leaving me at work without any insurance .I then had to pay a fee because the insurance finished before the end of the term of contract but it wasnt my fault ,they shouldnt of taken twice the payments out if my bank,this also left me in a mess.I then had to quickly find alternative insurance to cover me straight away so I could get to work.Again I ended up having to pay money out .Overall this insurance ended up costing me a lot of money and inconvenience and many phone calls trying to sort there mistakes out.Not recommended.
