The first agent I was given was Not at all helpful, and in desperate need of further training. Started the telephone call fine, then lost interest.
However, I’m so pleased I rang back and received another agent, who was pleasant, extremely polite, took the time to explain things and all my question. He was amazing and I would like to thank him so much for his time and I do appreciate everything he did. May be especially during these extremely difficult times we all just need and little kindness and help.
