Really pleased to get a good price in April. However, I just bought a newer car and 'phoned them to advise and pay a reasonable extra amount, but their additional cost for my newer was ridiculous, almost double what I originally paid.
Having got a much better price, I had to cancel my insurance with them. They charged me £100 to cancel...£50 cancellation charge (fair enough) plus £50 'arrangement' fee. Having looked at their website they state their cancellation fee is £50. Very unreasonable.
