I bought insurance from first central last year 2020
I had an accident which was not my fault
now this year they have taken my 14 years no claim bonus down to 4 years then they charged me £12 because I changed something on my policy now they have put my insurance up by £100 because I have become unemployed this company are rip off merchants and now im geting the trading standards involved
