1st Central agent did not make us aware of an auto renewal as I would have rejected that. 12 months later they took 351 from our account I then complained and had to pay 52.50 to cancel a policy I did not want. This is just another way of squeezing additional funds from people, they say its to make renewing simple but not when most shop around each year.
