Not a great experience! Unable to access account due to having a former policy. 1 month into it (after 14 day cooling off period) I am asked to upload proof of no claims (not a problem), to which I emailed due to account access problems. Then I get a phone call asking me my occupation to which I'm told it's now been updated and they require an £82 payment :-0 even though technically I'm doing a similar role. In theory you shouldn't have insured me before if my job role does not come under what you deem my "occupation". Phone lines disconnect for complaints, no response option via email, your agent had to file a complaint for me and I was told 3 days resolution.. I then received email saying up to 6-8 weeks.. still getting reminders of the payment you will take out of my account even though I said I wasn't paying it. I provide a headed letter from employer explaining job details after another agent of yours did not want me to leave and himself requested this - provided following day - no response! I chase you up a week later to be told "we can't open word documents, can you change it to pdf"? No, sorry I can't, what absolute nonsense! Such an awful experience. Unfortunately I would rather pay the £50 to leave than £82 to stay.. and I should have fought that really! A lot of your reviews mentioned these random charges before I took out the policy and I ignored them due to my first experience being good... now I struggle to see these reviews here today and instead they are good after putting in claims! Utter utter shame as even your staff seamed to completely understand my situation and were lovely on the phone yet nothing resolved and customers patience was eventually lost.. !
