1St central offer cheap prices but they are very bad if you get into an accident, need to do any change on your policy or general customer service dealing. This is my personal experience with them.
They try to charge you for every possible extra and don't like to payout if you make a claim. They try every possible trick to delay your claim like any dodgy insurance company.
I have learned my lesson "pay a little more but go to big names like direct line, admiral, Churchill etc.
