THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! I have just had an accident last week on the 13.01.2016. An accident in which I almost lost my life. Because I had third party fire and theft, I was not able to make a claim with them, which is understandable, but now I am not even able to cancel my policy with them, because they have started a claim! They have said that they can't cancel my policy for another 6 months, because they have to wait to make sure the other driver, who left me for dead, won't make a claim with his insurance company!!! So I have been given the option to either keep paying my monthly premium until this is sorted, where I wouldn't be entitled to a refund at the end of the 6 months. Or, I pay the full amount of 800 something and MAY get a refund at the end of the 6 month period. I have asked them exactly what service they are providing me with, where I need to pay them any money, and they have no answers for me. I asked to speak to a Manager and they put the phone down on me! They have the audacity to charge me money for a car that has been scrapped! I have spoken to about 4,5 different ppl, and no on e could help me or provide me with any answers or solution! I don't know what I was thinking getting insurance from this company! I am SO disappointed with them! I would urge people to go with a different company. I will be taking this further; take them to court if I need to, because there is no way I will pay them a penny of my hard earned money! HATE THIS COMPANY! They are the WORST! NO stars! DO NOT GET YOUR INSURANCE FROM THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
