I challenge anyone to find a human to speak to! Having found my way thro the endless recorded message of 'press 1 for this and 2 for that I was on hold for 25mins before speaking to a call handler who got the dates wrong when arranging temporary cover for my son. I'm now £51 out of pocket with no guarantee or response from the Complaints department that I'll get this back.
