Dreadful. They make it extremely difficult to get hold of anyone if you want to cancel your policy, and then when you finally get through, they hit you with astronomical charges. I expected to pay a nominal cancellation fee (Tesco charge £40) but nearly £300?? That's not just unreasonable, it's practically theft - small print or no small print.
It's no wonder there are so many uninsured drivers on the road.
