terrible customer service, took me an hour this morning to speak to anyone in customer services and all i wished to do was cancel my policy because engine had blown and the charge for cancelling was £50?????
no wonder people hate insurance companies so much, lousy customer services, takes forever sitting on phone waiting to speak to someone and they will charge you top wack for everything? wont be using 1st central ever again!
